Sophisticated And Powerful Tool for Automating Processes
TruBot is a sophisticated tool for automating business processes across all domains. It reduces human efforts drastically and the repetitive jobs are handled by bots created using the tool. User can design workflow in the tool which matches the business needs by using pre-built scripts. If some scenarios are custom then the user can code for them too. The pre-built scripts cover almost all major automation scenarios and error handling is up to the mark. The latest features help in automating almost all the jobs.
- This product lets us automate all repeated Windows desktop processes that we need to perform, and this allows us to make our employee’s work easier and in turn allows us to upgrade the entire way we work.
- I like the design, and the way to develop bots is easy, and I thought it would be complicated, but it is the opposite. I love its intuitive design, ease of use, and integration with other tools.
- I am totally satisfied with TruBot because it can be used for end-to-end process automation and improve workflow and make it much more interactive; it is the automation solution that increases efficiency.
- The price is little more than other leading tools in the market.
- Everyone should complete the training provided on the company website and then start implementing.
- Something that I do not like at all about this tool and I would like it to be restructured is the registration dynamics in the different services they offer.

TruBot has the best Document Character Recognition Processors. The Artificial Intelligence feature can detect minor variations of a scanned signature in any document and verify the authenticity and then run the Workflow. TruBot can also verify Digital Signatures in PDF documents which is not possible in other products that we evaluated.

Best Enterprise Automation Software
Overall, I am happy with this product. In our organization, previously, we were doing many things
manually, which was taking much time and resources. Now through [Datamatics RPA] TruBot, we have
made our lots of operations automated, like deployment, and it helps in auditing
as well. [It] provides good security also in terms of your data.
- Using this, our operations now run smooth and [are] able to do multiple deployments in a short span. [I] also like its rule-based tasks.
- Whatever we want to do, [we] just need provide those specific rules and scripts.
- The best part is we can use it for our complex processes as well.
- The tool is not very compatible [with the] cloud. They heavily rely on on-premises deployment. [It would be nice to have more] cloud adoption.
- The license model needs to be modified. Licenses should not be tied to a machine or a user, instead, they should be with the number of active instances.

built-in OCR for data capture, which reduces our processing time by a huge
amount.

We are the Reseller for Datamatics [RPA TruBot] & we used to suggest RPA TruBot to the companies who wished to automate their simple process in a simple & efficient manner. The process with [Datamatics RPA TruBot is] easy to design even for a non-technical person. Also, it is possible to train a non-technical person to design & implement the process as per the requirement of the company.

- It's easy to understand the error, if the bot is not giving desired results
